Terms & Conditions:

1.This promotion is open to all except children below 12 years old and employees and tenants of orchardgateway. Get a $20* voucher with minimum spend of $100 on your birthday month.
 
2.Shopper has to present identification card for verification.
 
3.Redemption is limited to the first 100 shoppers per month and 1 redemption per shopper.
 
4.Redemption must be made on the same day of spending.
 
5.Shoppers who spend a minimum of $100 at any stores in orchardgateway, within a maximum of 3 same-day store receipts, within their birthday month are eligible for the redemption.
 
6.Receipts are not transferrable or reusable. Same receipt(s) will not be accepted for other redemptions.
 
7.Receipts for parking coupons, CashCard / stored value cards top-up, payment of membership fees, purchase of orchardgateway Voucher and/or In-store vouchers, fines/bills payments, money changer, bank, financial services, and atrium roadshow are not applicable for redemptions.
 
8.Redemption qualifying amount is based on nett purchase after deduction of discounts (exclusive of discounts, usage of vouchers and/or redemptions of points)
 
9.In meeting the minimum spend requirement, shoppers are NOT allowed to use vouchers and/or other in-store vouchers, or receipts which have been used previously for redemption of another promotion.
 
10.Transactions made with third-party payments will be based on the nett amount.
 
11.Notwithstanding the provisions herein, Orchardgateway Pte Ltd & Orchardgateway Link Pte Ltd reserves the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person who is interested to participate in the Promotion. Such determination is final and conclusive, and Orchardgateway Pte Ltd & Orchardgateway Link Pte Ltd is not obliged to give any reason for disqualifying any person from participating in the Promotion.
 
12.By participating in the Promotion, persons will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these rules and any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacements, modifications as may be made from time to time.
 
13.By participating in the Promotion, you agree to provide your name, I/C number, date of birth, mobile number and email address to receive future email and SMS communications from Orchardgateway Pte Ltd & Orchardgateway Link Pte Ltd.
 
14.Orchardgateway Pte Ltd’s & Orchardgateway Link Pte Ltd’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final, conclusive and binding on all persons. No correspondence will be entertained.
 
15.Orchardgateway Pte Ltd & Orchardgateway Link Pte Ltd and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold Orchardgateway Pte Ltd harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the Promotion.
 
16.Orchardgateway Pte Ltd & Orchardgateway Link Pte Ltd reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
 
17.In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

TOURIST PRIVILEGE

  • Collect the $20 voucher at Level 4 information counter
  • Present your passport and the $20 voucher upon payment to enjoy $20 off your minimum purchase of $80 at any participating outlets

Terms & Conditions:

1.This promotion is open to all except children below 12 years old and employees and tenants of orchardgateway.
 
2.Collect your $20 voucher at concierge. The passport owner must be personally present at the Concierge to make the redemption with presentation of the passport from 11am – 9pm.
 
3.Redemption is limited to the first 200 tourists per month and 1 redemption per tourist per month.
 
4.Valid for use with a minimum spend of $80 at participating outlets at orchardgateway.
 
5.Not valid for purchase of Mall Vouchers or tenants’ vouchers, purchases from atrium roadshows, payment of bills, bank transactions,  money changing services, purchases of top-up/stored-value cards and purchases offset with rebates or points.
 
6.Applicable for tourists’ use only. Tourists refers to foreign visitors with short stay in Singapore (not more than 3 weeks).Singapore Citizens, PR residing in Singapore, holders of Employment Pass/S-Pass/Work, Permit/Dependents’ Pass/Long Term Visit Pass/Work Holiday Pass/Training/ Employment Pass/Training Work Permit/Student Pass are not eligible to participate in the redemption.
 
7.This voucher is denominated in Singapore dollars and is not exchangeable for cash or vouchers of other denominations.
8.This voucher must be redeemed in full. There will be no refund given on any unutilised portion.
 
9.This voucher is strictly valid up to the expiry date as stated herein and no extension of expiry date shall be entertained. This voucher will not be accepted if torn or defaced.
 
10.The Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
 
11.In the event of any dispute, the Management’s decision is final.
